2019 Lumens User Summit Recap

Minneapolis, Minn. – December 9, 2019 – The 16th Annual User Summit took place in sunny San Diego on Mission Bay Island at Paradise Point Resort.  Every year, Augusoft staff and Lumens users gather for two-days to train, learn and network together. Users took time out of their daily grind to connect with peers, exchange business secrets, tips and learn in detail about real applications of some of the vast Lumens features as well as what is to come in 2020.

We kicked off this year’s event with a welcome toast Sunday evening on the resort’s Sunset Deck. The picture-perfect sunset couldn’t have been better to greet old friends and meet new faces. After a night’s rest at the resort, users started their day with breakfast and registration, followed by Cem Erdem’s opening and company updates. The remainder of the morning sessions consisted of year-in-review and Lumens deep-dive review of features including managing companies, daily reconciliation, AR management and Go/No-Go.
