New Lumens Features and Services Showcased at the 2012 LERN Conference

Augusoft showcased several new Lumens features and services at the 2012 LERN Conference, being held November 16-18 in Washington D.C. The new Lumens features and services include Full-Time Certificates, Enhanced Memberships, ERP Integration and integrated online marketing tools from Genoo.

The Augusoft Lumens Full-Time Certificates feature gives continuing education programs the ability to group and assign multiple courses to a certificate program, specify required classes, set minimum grades and attendance levels for certificate completion, report on student progress and completion status, set funding sources, amounts, payment periods and create invoices.

Genoo® online marketing tools in Lumens allow continuing education programs to better track students, employees and client user information activity such as catalog requests, gift card purchases, student and household profiles, class registration information and website page visit tracking.

Lumens ERP Integration allows continuing education programs to move data in real-time between Lumens and their campus-wide ERP system. With Lumens ERP Integration it is now possible to migrate student and instructor profiles, financial information, registration and course data without additional code being written by campus IT.

The new Enhanced Memberships feature in Lumens gives continuing education programs the tools needed to easily manage offerings for an exclusive group of learners. This enhancement is ideal for managing groups of learners such as: OSHER Lifelong Learning Institutes (OLLI), Lifelong Learning 50+, retirement learners, employee benefit training, employee benefit offerings, internal or staff training, and member-only events.
