Abandoned cart, bulk cancel, student self-cancel, online evaluations capabilities now available

Through live interactive discussions with users, Augusoft heard their challenges and began work immediately on feature enhancements they needed in order to do business more efficiently in a challenging time.
Based on e-Commerce best practices, Lumens now provides the ability for organizations to connect with users who leave a class or merchandise in their cart without completing the transaction.
Organizations using Lumens have found the need to cancel entire classes of students as well as the capability to refund payment back to the student in one view which is now possible in Lumens.
This feature enhancement decreases the number of refunds staff will need to process through the bulk cancel feature by putting the cancellation in the hands of the student to use at their convenience.
The capability to add a link to an Online Evaluation is now available at the class level for any course that enables it. Any form generator that provides a URL to capture the evaluation questions will be able to be sent out via an email template in Lumens.
