Resources to keep the lights on
In light of COVID-19, Augusoft was able to maintain operations while looking out for the needs of their users. There were several ways that Lumens keeps the light on for the programs who use it.
In early April, Augusoft held weekly face-to-face discussions with Lumens users to faciliate an open discussion on the rapid changes happening in real time. The feedback from customers was very positive and they appreciated an open forum to connect and reflect together. View Recordings
