Corporate Background

Augusoft, Inc. is a privately held company based in Minneapolis, MN that provides cloud-based/SaaS enrollment management solutions for continuing education, extended learning and corporate education programs throughout the U.S. and Canada. The company was founded in 1994 by Cem (pronounced Gem) Erdem, a Turkish native.

In 2000, Erdem worked with the Learning Resources Network (LERN) to develop and launch Lumens, the first web-hosted enrollment management system designed specifically for non-credit continuing education, corporate education and workforce development programs. Complementing traditional academic systems, Augusoft Lumens increases online self-registrations up to 80%, streamlines operations, and provides easy data analysis. Over the past decade, Augusoft has incorporated numerous LERN best-of-practice tools along with others gathered from clients and industry research to further enhance its dynamic all-in-one solution.

Today, Augusoft serves hundreds of schools throughout the U.S. and Canada. Over 4.4 million students have registered for lifelong learning classes and over $1.2 billion in transactions have been processed using Augusoft Lumens.
