Augusoft To Add Grant Management functionality to Lumens

Minneapolis, Minn. – August 19, 2019 – Augusoft, Inc. announces Grant Management capability within Lumens. The Grant Management feature, included with the Contract Training Premium module, provides programs using Lumens the ability to line item charge projects within funding organizations for a portion or the entire contract.

With Grant Management users can manage the entire lifecycle of a contract from negotiations through to payment with real-time grant tracking. This reduces processing to ERP systems and eliminates manual updates while increasing efficiency and productivity. All records of a contract are managed in one place within Lumens versus multiple documents in multiple applications.

The Grant Management feature can manage and bill a third-party funding organization for a portion of the contract or the complete contract. Additionally, programs can reimburse companies using money from the funding organization for training the company has received outside of the program’s offerings.
