Jazzed About New Orleans User Summit!


Minneapolis, Minn. – December 9, 2015 –The 12th Annual Augusoft Lumens User Summit held this past week in New Orleans was a huge success!

We are delighted to announce a record attendance, with individuals coming from all over the United States and Canada ahead of the annual LERN conference. Experienced and new Lumens users, executive school leaders, industry partners and the Augusoft team came together to learn, discuss, network and share their knowledge of Lumens.

A big thank you to our three Customer Showcase presenters: Kendall Harris of Santa Barbara City College, Kiley Cribbs of Butler County Community College, and Kristi Flack and Dianne Smrdel of Northeast Iowa Community College. All of our attendees enjoyed learning more about your unique Lumens use!

Cem Erdem & Katie Butler – Augusoft VIP Award

Augusoft President and CEO, Cem Erdem presented the 2015 Augusoft Lumens VIP Award to Katie Butler, Workforce Services Functional Specialist, of Virginia Community College System for her continued support of Augusoft and dedication to the enhancement of Lumens. Congratulations, Katie, on this well-deserved award.

Nanette Bowring, Vendor Liaison, of the University of New Mexico won the coveted Larrabee Scholarship. Named in memory of Augusoft employee Leslie Larrabee, the scholarship recognizes the innovative use of technology in continuing education and a “tip” or “trick” involving that technology that contributes to improved work-life balance. Nanette shared her Best Use of Custom Fields Ever! tip at the user summit.
