Minneapolis, Minn. – September 26, 2018 – We are busy getting prepared for the 15th Annual Augusoft Lumens User Summit. Every year, we set aside time to analyze how our users use our Lumens system and assess industry trends, to put together information-packed sessions for our customer’s continuing education of Lumens and industry best practices. This year, we whisk off to Savannah, Georgia. This charming city has hosted user summits in the past and there is a reason we keep getting drawn to its southern charm… If you haven’t made plans to join us, it’s not too late to get in on the magic. Here is a sneak peek of what you can expect.
We’ll start by reviewing all the features and enhancements released in the past year, chances are you may not have had the time to fully explore them. Then we’ll break out into groups based on interest before afternoon customer showcase sessions, followed by more concurrent sessions on marketing and reports. Wednesday’s last session will be a round table discussion where you will have a chance to learn from your peers. A short break and then we meet for dinner at one of Savannah’s treasured restaurants.
The second day will bring more customer success presentations, staff presentations that dive deep into marketing, more group discussion and sessions on programming and certifications in Lumens. All before the Augusoft tradition of second-day chocolate break!
We are also offering one-on-one meetings with our customers but as you may suspect, this opportunity is limited and fills up fast. Stay tuned to schedule your exclusive one-on-one meeting.
More details on the summit including accommodations and logistics can be found at Augusoft.net/summit.
One last reminder if you do plan to attend the summit, do not forget to submit your absentee ballot for the national congressional elections to take place on November 6. With all the changes in the education sector alone, it is important you take the time to make your voice heard!
