Are You Ready for the 2019 Lumens User Summit?

Minneapolis, Minn. – September 24, 2019 – We are busy getting prepared for the 16th Annual Augusoft Lumens User Summit. Every year, we set aside time to analyze how our users use our Lumens system and assess industry trends, to put together information-packed sessions for our customer’s continuing education of Lumens and industry best practices.

This year, we adventure to sunny San Diego, California. The user summit, and the Annual LERN Conference that immediately follows, will take place at the Paradise Point Resort, next door to Sea World, Old Town & Balboa Park. If you haven’t made plans to join us, it’s not too late to get in on the magic. Here is a sneak peek of what you can expect.

We’ll start by reviewing all the Lumens features and enhancements released in the past year, chances are you may not have had the time to fully explore them. Then we’ll break out into groups based on interest before the afternoon customer showcase session, followed by more concurrent sessions on marketing and integration. Monday’s last session will be a round table discussion where you will have a chance to learn from your peers. A short break and then we meet for dinner at one of San Diego’s delectable restaurants.

The second day will bring a first-ever marketing panel, more customer success presentations, staff presentations that dive deep into marketing, more group discussion and sessions on programming and certifications in Lumens. All before the Augusoft tradition of second-day chocolate break!
