About Augusoft

Founded in 1994, Augusoft, Inc. is a privately held company that provides cloud-based SaaS enrollment management solutions for continuing and corporate education programs throughout the U.S. and Canada. Augusoft is headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. All product development and customer support teams operate within corporate headquarters. Augusoft sales offices are located throughout the U.S.

In 2000, Augusoft worked with the Learning Resources Network (LERN) to develop and launch Lumens, the first web-hosted (Software as a Service – SaaS) class registration management system designed specifically for non-credit continuing education, corporate education and workforce development programs. Complementing traditional academic systems, Augusoft Lumens increases online self-registrations up to 80%, reduces cancellation rates, and provides the best data collection and reporting tools.

Today, Augusoft serves hundreds of schools throughout the U.S. and Canada. Over 6.6 million students have registered for lifelong learning classes and over $2.1 billion in transactions have been processed using Augusoft Lumens.

August Enterprises developed

2000

August Enterprises launches LLMS at LERN Conference in Chicago.

 
 
 
 

2001

LLMS V2 is launched at LERN Conference in San Francisco.

 
 
 
 

2003

First User Summit held in Toronto, ON.

 
 
 
 

2004

August Enterprises, Inc. changes it’s name to Augusoft, Inc.

LLMS becomes Lumens.

 
 
 
 

2007

Contract Management solution is introduced. First of its kind that helps programs manage the entire life cycle of a contract.

Augusoft opens Canadian data center for Canadian market.

2014

Augusoft launches iPRO, ERP Integration with Lumens Middleware Cloud. Lumens becomes the first solution that has real-time integration with Banner, Colleague & Peoplesoft.

 
 
 
 

2015

2016

Lumens complete user interface revision is released.

 
 
 
 

2017
