Minneapolis, Minn. – July 1, 2016 – We would like to welcome the following schools to the Lumens User community: University of Alaska, University of Arkansas and Kennesaw State University. These programs have completed their implementations and are readily taking live registration from their new sites. These programs worked with Augusoft’s customer service team to unveil their site during the second quarter of 2016.
University of Alaska is a unique program in the Lumens community, in that they are running four branches of their university’s non-credit programs in their shared Lumens site. Together, these programs offer an extensive curriculum for personal enrichment as well as professional development.
University of Arkansas is a global campus operating out of Fayetteville, Arkansas that offers Professional Development courses and Technology Training courses. “Previously, we had a full time staff member that handled registration and payment. If that person was out of the office, we didn’t have access to rosters, confirmation of payment, etc. Now any of our staff can see this information and assist customers as needed.” Stated Tara Dryer, Director of Training, Corporate Development and Academic Outreach.
Kennesaw State University went live this quarter after working very hard with Augusoft staff to implement Lumens Professional with Contract raining and Certificates modules, plus several customizations tailored to their business needs. Kennesaw also implemented Lumens Connect powered by Genoo to maximize their marketing efforts.
Augusoft®, Inc. develops and maintains Lumens® – the first SaaS enrollment management system designed for the continuing education industry. More than 5.5 million students have registered for continuing education classes using Lumens. Visit http://augusoft.net to see Lumens in action.
