Minneapolis, Minn. – April 1, 2016 – Augusoft would like to present the most recent customers to complete their Lumens Implementation. In the first quarter, Augusoft flipped the switch on for the sites for West Virginia University – OLLI program and Clovis Adult Education.
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at West Virginia University provides programs and educational opportunities designed for adults 50 and older. Courses are developed a taught by volunteers from the community who are passionate about their topics, avocations and interests and love to share their ideas. The Lumens system will help learners register for these classes using Lumens Collective, Collective is designed for membership based programs such as OLLI, that are not centered around collecting fees and have several other business rules, unique to the OSHER business model of learning.
Clovis Adult Education, located in California, the third largest adult school on the central valley, offers low-cost classes for adult learners and serve approximately 10,000 students in the Clovis/Fresno area. Clovis uses Lumens to manage its academic, ESL, Career Technical, nurse/Healthcare education, Older Adult and Community Education programs.
