The Next 5 Years in the Continuing Education Market Highlighted at NCCET Conference

Greg at NCCETMinneapolis, Minn. – September 29, 2015  – Greg Marsello, co-founder and Senior VP of the Learning Resources Network (LERN), spoke to a capacity audience at the National Council for Continuing Education and Training (NCCET) Conference on Monday in Portland, Oregon, delivering a picture of the next 5 years in the Continuing Education market. Among the many “must do’s”, he called out the Entrepreneurial Operating System that is one of the cornerstones of the best-selling book “Traction” by Gino Wickman.

Marsello urged the attendees to consider themselves small businesses with a need for the kind of structure the EOS can provide. Many CE leaders may not consider themselves as businesses, but can still learn and adopt the many critical principles the book provides.

At Augusoft, we are fortunate to work with Greg and other members of the LERN team regularly, but it always is a treat to hear Greg’s stories change and sometime grow with each telling! We applaud this joint effort by NCCET and LERN to step out of their comfort zone and become collaborative to continue to deliver lifelong learning to everyone.
