ed2go and Augusoft forge adult education agreement

Minneapolis, Minn. – September 13, 2005 – Education To Go (ed2go), the leading online adult continuing education course provider with more than 1200 education network partners and Augusoft, Inc. a leading developer of Web-based learning management systems for lifelong learning organizations, have agreed to jointly develop and distribute an integrated solution to better serve institutions and students in this dynamically growing market.

The agreement allows continuing education programs to offer both Ed2go online courses as well as their ground-based courses through the powerful and easy-to-use Lumens learning management system. This seamless integrated offering simplifies the administration and operation of blended lifelong learning programs and provides students with an expanded selection of courses through a single common platform. Availability is scheduled for early 2006.
